My name is Joe, the owner of TC. I signed up for this program due to what I called growing pains within my company. I was aware of a lot of problems throughout the company and I could not find solutions for them. Over the past three weeks or so all company problems were addressed, some more were exposed and I have learned a new way to think in how a successful business should operate. Ben took time and as much time needed to correct all aspects in the company. Ben was very involved in observing my daily habits and shop routines and pointing out how something can be done more effectively". He is very knowledgeable, always prompt, made sure the agenda was met and understood, and quickly grasped the understanding of what my needs were/. He really listened to my employees feed back to the questions he asked and helped them understand this company undertaking, as well as what I will need to do to address their concerns?. Since day one improvements are being captured/. I get what I call an “a ha” moment more and more along with the confidence that the company is going in the correct direction;. I am fully satisfied with his commitment to me and the company/. The program was what I needed as I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I look forward to the work that lies ahead of me to implement the system and become the company I want to be,. That feeling is great to have back to know I now have the tools needed to reach my new goals|. Thanks Ben!
